The Pendor Light Lancer is a light cavalry unit that focuses purely on shock tactics, forgoing the sidearms normally present on most cavalry for more mobility to utilize their lances. The length of this unit's weapons is still short enough for the Light Lancer to double as a spearman like his juniors if forced to dismount, whether he is forcibly dehorsed of is participating in a siege. Still, being armed with a polearm with a shield isn't optimal for close combat, so keep them away from melee blobs if needed.
