The Society of Pendorian Advancement[]
The Noble Society of Pendorian Advancement was founded on June 2nd, 335 by Loreachen, the then-vassal of Koningur Valdis and secret aspirant for uniting the Pendoran Realms. The Order was created In part due to the demand for a versatile force utilizing less-than lethal weapons in conjunction with breakthrough Barclay and Mettenheim technology. This, and a desire to congregate the Realm's greatest minds lead to the order's controversial founding in June of 335.
Barclay Battle-Scribe[]
Literate men from Barclay, who for one reason or another support the aspiring king in his conquest to unify the divided realm. They work with the Professors as equals, despite their more arduous peace-time labor of copying, transcribing and translating various texts for Marleon's vast library. While less devoted than their Arbalest wielding companions, they wield a technological marvel into battle; one that even the progressive Professor's have been weary at best to carry into battle. They stand to protect written knowledge across Pendor at all costs, including the more controversial knowledge held within Heretical texts that most would rather seen burned. Still, they have no qualms with firing down kidnapping, human sacrificing cultists along with any who threaten the Pendorian realm, and have vowed to protect the kingdom's interests at all cost.
Pendor Professor of War[]
Hailing from numerous universities across Pendor, these scholars have found their study to be frequently hindered by the land's ceaseless warfare, and have decided to take up arms against oppression under the flag of the True King. Generous funding by the future emperor has allowed these scholars access to the finest weapons and armor, alongside training by the elusive Noldor. These noble warriors will stop at nothing until Pendor's unification and eradication of unholy cults. They stand under no diety real or percieved, secularlist among the religous majority.
They despise Order of Eventide and Order of the Dawn for their fanaticism, share a strong alliance with Order of the Radiant Cross and an uneasy friendship with Order of the Kraken Cultists due to their generally benign nature along with their Founder's positive relations with the mystereous brutes. Despite an uncanny simularity to the Order of the Ebony Gauntlet, They are distrustful towards one another due to their conflicting views of the Noldor.
