Vorador the Scribe is a special NPC that can be always seen in Poinsbruk's Tavern. He is the last incorporation to the Books merchants, but he is different from them in that he will not move from tavern to tavern, but rather always remain in the same one.
Like the other two (Finneas de Digit and Brother Randalf), he has his special feature as well. For a small fee of 300 denars, he will tell the player where all the Companions that are wandering through Pendor are, even if the player has never met them before.
His store is a bit different, as he not only sells books, but also a few food items (price will be the same as Poinsbruk's goods merchant), these being Wine (useful for the Hidden Mines of Al-Aziz), Cheese, Bread and Sausages.
He can be asked for rumors for free as well. His actual spot can't be asked for to Travelers as he is static in Poinsbruk.
As of 3.9.4, Vorador also gives you the new quest The Old Tale.
